Are your products brand new?

Can I return my product if I am not happy?

How long does it take to deliver my order?
If the product is in stock, 1-2 working days Max! If the order is placed at the weekend it will be dispatched on the Monday morning for delivery in 1-2 Working Days.
Who do you use for Delivery?
Royal Mail or UPS Express and Insured Delivery depending on the weight. Delivery Times are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Also see Delivery Rates
What if I'm not in to take Delivery?
This is OK as the courier will leave a calling card for you from which you can contact them to rearrange delivery, alternatively you can arrange to collect the item from the sorting office.
Please Note: Only 2 delivery attempts will be made by UPS before the product is returned to us.

Before installing your product please ensure that you have read and understood the included product user manual and your radio manual thoroughly.This will ensure that you install in the correct sequence resulting instant compatibility and preventing Technical issues.
Upon installation iPod Adapters and your iPod may need a software update to ensure full compatibility. Again please read your manual for details.
It’s a simple fact that many customers choose not to read their user guides prior to installation and so experience compatibility issues. This can be avoided from the outset.

How easy is installation?
This depends on the product purchased and your level of DIY skills and tools available. But a typical installation takes about 45 minutes. A user guide and product manual is supplied with the product and you can find these on the Downloads Page.
For a professional installation you can easily find a local fitter on Yell.com under the Car Audio and Car Electrics categories. Call them for a quote at your home, workplace of their premesis.
Will my car Warranty be affected?
No! As no wires require cutting. All products are Plug-and-Play.
If I install an iPod Car Adapter will my CD changer still work?
This depends on the iPod Adapter that you choose. Some iPod Adapters support this feature, but some require an extra changer adapter. See each individual product for details.
