Only Compatible with the 2nd Generation MMI Full Colour Navigation System

Compatibility

MMI Software Version

The software version of the MMI System can vary dependent on the age of the Vehicle.

This Interface is only compatible with software versions 34.60 or later. If the software version is lower than this number the MMI system will require a software update

The MMI software version can be found in the 'Car Setup' Menu - This is normally accessed via the 'Car'button

Example of MMI software version displayed iin the Menu:

SW: D3-HU51.4.00731

HW:D3-HU6300D2.0

In this example the software Version is 5140, which would be compatible with out Interface

Mounting Your iPod

If you have selected an iPod Adapter with a cradle, you may wish to mount this on your dashboard. To complete this simple installation you'll require a damage-free mounting bracket ensuring a fast, flexible and seamless install.
